The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) has appointed Natalie Pothier leader of its European coaching practice, replacing Lynne De Lay who is moving back to the USA. Natalie Pothier is the former Head of Talent Development at Yahoo! Europe, where she set up the talent development function and team.
“We were impressed by Natalie’s track record at Yahoo,” says Lynne De Lay. “She initiated a talent management and coaching approach to maximise individual and team strengths.”
“Lynne De Lay was responsible for a ‘Best in Class’ coaching practice in Europe,” Natalie Pothier states. “Our challenge now is to expand on that, which I think we can best accomplish by staying ahead of coaching trends through creativity and innovation.”
“In fact,” Pothier adds, “the emphasis on creative process and development first attracted my attention to CCL. I also learned that this is driven by CCL’s commitment to shared learning of best practices to meet challenges and find solutions.”
“CCL Europe’s success over the past five years has been built on a business model underpinned by an integrated language strategy and a multicultural team,” observes Managing Director Rudi Plettinx. “As a German who grew up in Rome, has pan-European educational and business experience, and fluency in several European languages, Natalie Pothier is exactly the kind of leader we need for our expanding coaching practice.”
